Frequently Asked Questions

 

What is your turn-around time for items?
We typically run on a firm 1-week turnaround time for all orders, with pick-up days landing on the Wednesday of the next full workweek from the date your order is placed. During exceptionally busy times where we may receive a large influx of orders at once (ex: start of the school year), we may run on a 2-week turnaround time instead. If you are unsure about your pickup date, feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to let you know when to expect your order to ship out or be ready for pickup!

Can I bring in my own items to embroider?
Yes! You may bring in any items of your own into the shop and we can add the BPA logo onto the left chest per BPA's Uniform Policy for $10 per item, plus tax. Please be sure to check the BPA Uniform Policy to make sure your item is within dress code guidelines prior to embroidering.

What is Belton Prep's Uniform Policy?
All the items offered here on our website have been individually checked and approved by BPA administration as acceptable under BPA's Uniform Policy. Outside of these items, we are unable to enforce or confirm any specific policy guidelines for personal items brought in for embroidery. If you would like to check BPA's Uniform Policy, it can be found on their school website at: https://www.beltonprep.us.

My item doesn't fit my child. Can I return, or exchange for a different size?
Due to the custom nature of the items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any uniform items. In addition to our sizing charts for each item, we also carry a size run of each product in-shop at Palmetto Screen Print & Embroidery in Downtown Anderson. Parents are encouraged to come view any items in-person to verify sizing before ordering.

Can my child try on the sample items in-shop?
Of course! We encourage all parents to come up to the shop and see the items and their sizing in-person, especially if they are unsure of sizing or their child is in-between sizes. Your child may try any of the sample items on. We carry one size of everything we offer here for sale. We do not have a dressing room available, but children are welcome to try a polo, sweatshirt, or any other item over their shirt to get a feel for sizing. 

Do you offer shipping? 
Yes! We can ship any orders if it is more convenient for you! At checkout, you will be prompted to choose between In-Store Pickup or Shipping. Select Shipping, then your shipping method you prefer. Items are packed up and shipped out the same days that Pick-Up orders are ready.
