SC-ESTF Program

Palmetto Screen Print & Embroidery is proud to be an approved vendor for uniform purchases through the South Carolina Education Scholarship Trust Fund (SC-ESTF) Program.

To place a uniform order using SC-ESTF funds, please complete the Google Form linked below.

Important Information:

  • One form must be submitted per student.
  • If you are ordering for multiple students (even within the same household), a separate Google Form is required for each student.
  • Parents are responsible to ensuring all sizes, quantities, and student details are correct before submitting the form. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be available for any items.
  • Orders placed through
    the SC-ESTF are pick-up only.


How the Process Works:

  1. Submit the Google Form with all required student and uniform details.
  2. After the form is submitted, Palmetto Screen Print & Embroidery will create an invoice and send it to the email address provided on the form.
  3. Once you receive the invoice, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to upload and submit that invoice through your ClassWallet account for SC-ESTF payment.
  4. Orders will not begin processing until payment is received from the SC-ESTF Program.
  5. After payment is received, we will begin fulfilling the order and contact you by email or phone with an estimated pickup date.



Processing Timeline:

  • Please note: Submitting the Google Form does not start the order timeline.
  • The order officially begins once payment has been received.
  • After payment is received, orders are processed within our standard 1-week turnaround time, just like any other uniform order.

 

If you have questions about submitting invoices or payment status, please contact the SC-ESTF/ClassWallet support team, as Palmetto Screen Print & Embroidery is unable to access parent ClassWallet accounts.
